Oven Cooked Meat
Half a kilo of finely chopped meat
4 small green peppers
Few parsley sprigs
Finely chop the 4 onions and 3 tomatoes. Then put these into a bowl with the meat and mix well. Put this mixture onto an oven tray. Then chop the last tomato and the small green peppers into small pieces. Place them together with the parsley sprigs onto the meat mixture (as decoration) and then cook for 40 minutes. You can add some water for cooking if needed.
